Memory Game Maker

Design your own memory game! Draw a picture for every pair, then print the cards or play right here on the screen.

How it works

  1. 1Pick how many pairsChoose 6, 8, 10 or 12 pairs. Fewer pairs is perfect for little ones; 12 pairs is a real brain workout.
  2. 2Make a picture for every pairDraw each picture right on the page, upload a photo of a drawing, or keep our sample doodles. Each picture becomes two matching cards.
  3. 3Print it or play itPrint the cards with matching backs and cut them out, or play straight away on the screen: flip two cards at a time and find all the pairs.

2 pages of cards plus the same number of back pages. Print the backs on the other side of the paper (or glue them on), then cut along the dashed lines. Empty pairs print as blank cards to draw on.

Your pictures stay in your browser and are never uploaded.

Keep the drawings after the game

Paper cards get bent, lost and thrown away, but the drawings are worth keeping.

  1. 1.Before you cut the cards, snap the drawings with the Jerry’s Artbox app.
  2. 2.Magic Clean-up makes them crisp, and they’re saved in your kid’s gallery.
  3. 3.Ask “What did you draw?” and record the answer, so you keep the story too.

Free on iPhone & iPad and Android.

About Memory Game Maker

Memory (also called Concentration or Pairs) is a classic card game: all the cards lie face down, and on each turn you flip two. If they match, you keep them; if not, you turn them back and try to remember where they were. With Memory Game Maker kids design the whole game themselves, drawing every picture and choosing the pattern on the back. It's great for memory, focus and taking turns, and kids love playing a game they made. Make 6 to 12 pairs, print the cards on thick paper or card stock, or play on screen in your browser. No sign-up, nothing to install, and the pictures never leave your device.
